The Team
MaiKCóir is led by Kathlene Burke, a special situations and liability management lawyer practising in Ireland, England & Wales, New York, California, and the BVI, with a career spanning private practice, UNCITRAL advisory work, and sovereign law reform.
Our team also includes Susanna Carlini, Senior Cross-Border Advisor in London, bringing over a decade of private credit and leveraged finance expertise across European markets.
